There will be an UPGLOBAL accelerator in every vibrant ecosystem in the world. The scale up program is initially going to take place in Singapore, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco and in the German regions of Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.
The program shall be funded by public and private organisations acting as door openers for the internationalisation of startups.
The journey consists of a preparation and acceleration phase. There will be cultural crash courses and your program plan development, but the focus is on mentoring and workshops. Within the program, 10 different company-specific KPIs are worked on in 10 weeks with the goal to multiply these KPIs by the factor 10. This is done through individual mentoring, 1:1 coaching and workshops. In addition, the infrastructure in the target country is provided by partners, such as workspaces. On-site travel expenses and an investor dinner are also included.
The mentors and business partners are experts and professionals in different areas. Mentors are chosen for their innovation mindset, their desire to accompany you on your journey and their amazing expertise in their field.
The startup does not have to belong to a specific industry. The program addresses startups from all over the world with a successful and scalable business model.

Before the actual program starts, we will help you prepare for your new business journey within a 3 week preparation phase in your home country. There will be an initial discussion for determining your target country, expectations and objectives. Followed by a cultural crash course, we will identify KPIs based on your individual company specific needs and challenges. During the program phase you will work on these KPIs and reach your individual goals. We will thus select the KPIs together, based on your vision and our evaluation.
